Our Commitment to Safety

Most companies list safety as a top priority and refer to their employees as their most valuable assets. There’s nothing wrong with that, but as a family-owned business, safety is more personal to us.

Our employees are not assets. They are people, our friends and part of our working family. They are mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers or sisters. They have people that love them and rely on them. That’s why safety is so important at Pacific Coast Supply.
Safety not a separate function or compliance program. It’s a Value we hold dearly and it’s integrated into everything we do. We work hard to ensure our people are trained, have the right tools and equipment and know what is expected. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Any person in any position is allowed and expected to stop a job and get help is something isn’t safe.

Our mission is to be the premier supplier of select building products in each of our markets. To grow our company by providing superior goods and services through well-trained people who recognize the importance of relationships. To honor the safety of our employees and our customers while optimizing efficiencies to ensure mutual profitability. Adopt A Family

With the Adopt A Family program, we raise money for families all year round through fundraisers and events. Around the holidays, our team shops for clothes, toys, and other necessities for these families. We then personally deliver these gifts to the family’s homes.
